The Monstera Thai Constellation is a variegated mutation of the regular monstera deliciosa. The creamy white splashes on the leaves resemble the night sky. The plant was artificially created and their pattern has been stabilized in a laboratory in Thailand, therefore the plant is not found in the wild.

Care instructions

☀️ Bright, indirect light. Exposing it to direct (afternoon)light can cause sunburn to the leaves.

💦🪴 Let the top 3-5 centimeters (or 25%) of the soil dry out before watering again. Sitting in soaked soil too long can cause root rot. We prefer to use clear container pots so we can monitor the soil en roots.

🪴🧪 Fertilize every 2-4 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). During the winter dormancy period (winter and fall) the plant does not need to be fertilized (or it should be heavily diluted).

🌱✨ Natural climber: giving it a mosspole or a trellis will encourage larger and fenestrated leaves.
