Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). As we are working with living plants we do not want them to get stuck in the mail for too long as this could affect the condition the plant will arrive in. With the delivery time in mind we choose to dispatch orders within the Netherlands from Monday to Thursday, orders to Belgium will be dispatched from Monday to Wednesday and orders to Germany and France will be dispatched on Monday only. This way we can make sure the plants will get to you in the best condition possible.

Live plants
We pack our plants carefully to minimise damage during transit. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@leafyfamily.com with photos of the damage.
