Returns and Refund Policy
At Leafy Family, we do everything we can to ensure your plants are delivered safely and in perfect condition. As we deal in living products, a number of specific conditions apply.

Live plants
Live plants are products which, due to their natural characteristics, can quickly deteriorate in quality during transport and storage. Therefore, no statutory right of withdrawal applies to these products, to the extent permitted under Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the applicable national legislation.

Damage on delivery
Have you received a plant that arrived damaged or dead? We’ll be happy to sort this out for you. Please email info@leafyfamily.com as soon as possible after delivery (preferably within 48 hours) with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the plant and the packaging

Following assessment, depending on the circumstances and to the extent permitted by law, we will offer a replacement plant, a refund or another suitable solution.

Non-living products
For accessories, pots and other non-living products, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a reduction in value may be charged. Where possible, we ask that you return the product in its original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged or has been delivered incorrectly. The consumer must dispatch the return shipment no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item or proof of dispatch, using the same payment method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
